52 week new highs neutral waiting for tomorrow for confirmation one way or another.. $Study

52 week new highs on Wednesday were not bad but there were not  strong enough to keep their bull score.  Unable to put in higher days on all three indexes.  The momentum indicator is still turned up so we keep a neutral score on the 52 week new highs.
