52 Week new highs turned back to the bullish side. Well slightly. The NYSE has a neutral score but a higher high tomorrow should put it into the bull column. Nasdaq was disturbingly weak today. It eked out a neutral score and will need a good run on Friday to push it into the bull side. The RUT was the strength emerging from ashes today, able to push into the bull column. Another higher high tomorrow and this index also will be in the bull column.
